-
SLAB FLOORS: Apply
before laying carpet or vinyl to restrict rising damp.

PARTICLE BOARD FLOORING:
One neat coat of Sealit Multipurpose
for moisture protection. NOTE:- Never use on timber floors that are
to be polished or not being covered with carpet or vinyl etc.

CONCRETE REPAIRS: Clean
and repair the area being worked with Sealit
Multipurpose, then add Sealit Multipurpose
to the cement mix, (approximately one to four with water), for a stronger
union at the joints.

ROUGH ABSORBENT TIMBERS:
Apply one or two neat coats as required. Suitable for interior
only.

CRAZED FIBREGLASS: (Tractor
canopies and such). Apply one or two neat coats of Sealit
Multipurpose as required.

STAIN BASE: For
rough sawn / absorbent timber, fibre and concrete products. To obtain
timber colours, use the standard polyeurethane formulae, for the specific
timber colours, or the stain of your choice. For a solid, opaque
finish add 10% of white waterbased acrylic/vinyl paint to Sealit
Multipurpose before tinting.

ROOFTILE GLAZE: Clean
thoroughly, apply one coat of 'Soak in Mix', (50% Sealit
Multipurpose, 50% water), followed by one coat off Sealit
Multipurpose full strength.

UNDERCOAT: Sealit
Multipurpose offers a highly adhesive bonded surface for water
based coatings and reduces the quantity of topcoat material usage
(suitable most surfaces).

GENERAL ADHESIVE: Suitable
for timber, cardboard or paper.

GENERAL BONDING / SEALING:
For masonite, plywood, pineboard, masonry and plaster, sculptures,
artists boards, etc.
COVERAGE
Neat Sealit
Multipurpose - Approximately 10m2 per litre.
'Soak in Mix',
(50% Sealit Multipurpose, 50% water) -
Approximately 5m2 per litre.
i.e. flat
masonry surface - approx 100sqm / 20L pail - two coat application.
WARNING
/ NOTES
Sealit
Multipurpose is not recommended as a final coating for traffic
areas, tables, seats etc., or non porous surfaces; i.e. ceramic tiles,
glazed bricks, glass etc.
During
the curing period, (4-12 months), clear Sealit
Multipurpose may show up slightly cloudy when wet. This will disappear
when the surface dries out.
Wash
all equipment immediately in water. If product has dried on equipment,
clean with a petrol or mineral turpentine dampened cloth (Taking normal
safety precautions).
