LEAKING SHOWER / BATHROOM TILES

SEAL USING


Note:   Undercoat / Primer where required, is Sealit Multi Purpose "Soak in Mix"
i.e..: 50% Sealit M.P. & 50% Water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Apply one coat of 'Soak in Mix', (50% Sealit Multipurpose, 50% water), to the leaking tiled surface.

  2. Wipe off the excess.

  3. Allow to dry.

  4. Apply one coat of neat Sealit Multipurpose.

  5. Allow to dry.

  6. Remove excess, unwanted dry Sealit Multipurpose from tiles with a cloth dampened with petrol or thinners.

 

APPLICATION

Best method - Sponge, or brush.

 

COVERAGE

Neat Sealit Multipurpose - Approximately 10m2 per litre.

'Soak in Mix', (50% Sealit Multipurpose, 50% water) - Approximately 5m2 per litre.

i.e. flat masonry surface - approx 100sqm / 20L pail - two coat application.

 

WARNING / NOTES

Sealit Multipurpose is not recommended as a final coating for traffic areas, tables, seats etc., or non porous surfaces; i.e. ceramic tiles, glazed bricks, glass etc.

During the curing period, (4-12 months), clear Sealit Multipurpose may show up slightly cloudy when wet. This will disappear when the surface dries out.

Wash all equipment immediately in water. If product has dried on equipment, clean with a petrol or mineral turpentine dampened cloth (Taking normal safety precautions).
